number.- Thus the package can be followed until it is ready for collection.
You can also choose to buy your item in the webshop and pick it up yourself in
the store in Nigeria.
There is free shipping on orders without distribution, over Dollars 300 – in Nigeria.
Shipments abroad take 2 – 6 days for delivery. The shipping price is displayed at the payment gate
at the shop when checking out.
14 days full return. If a product does not meet your expectations you will, of course, have
14 days to return the item. Please note, the 14 day return period starts from the day you
receive the item.
For faulty or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
The labels and tags must be intact on the item and the product must be in the same
condition as it was at the time of shipping from Shop Jiri.
Returned items may not be used. You are welcome to try the item on in the same way as
you would in-store, however, items that have clearly been worn and used will not be
accepted. In addition, the product must not smell of external fragrances such as,
perfume or smoke.
If the goods are returned in a condition that reduces its value, the right to a full- or
partial- refund will be withdrawn
You are responsible for the product until we have received the returned item or returned
to the shop directly to the shop’s address in Lagos.
Please note, there is no warranty on beads and sequins.
If you order a beaded or sequined item, you will not be able to return the item.
Returns must be sent to the address below and must include the original receipt or
invoice. The refund will be processed to the card used to make the payment once we
have received the item. Refunds are processed within one working week.
All shipping costs for returning a product are borne by the buyer.

errors where possible. If this is not possible, we will provide a refund for the item.
